Based in Minneapolis, Doug Binning is the firm's Managing Partner.  His practice specialty is senior-level executive search and compensation assignments for clients in the High Tech, Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services and Medical Device business sectors. 
For the past 20 years, Mr. Binning has been primarily responsible for directing recruiting and compensation efforts and human resources activities for leading businesses, in both the United States and overseas. Functionally, Mr. Binning focuses on senior-level search assignments and a wide variety of compensation projects. Mr. Binning leads client development efforts and search execution for clients ranging in size from large, public corporations through emerging entrepreneurial organizations.
Prior to his most current role as a Managing Partner, Mr. Binning was the Founder and President of Upstart Solutions, a leading executive search and consulting firm with a focus on early stage technology ventures.
Before joining Upstart Solutions in 1997, Mr. Binning was with Accenture’s new venture group in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for all recruitment and human resources activities for five new ventures and their related operations in six countries across the globe. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Binning was employed by Cray Research where he spearheaded recruiting efforts in both Cray US and the Cray Super Server groups.
Prior to his return to the Minneapolis area, Mr. Binning served as the Director of Human Resources for Office Depot’s expansion into Canada. Before his move to Canada and for nearly seven years Mr. Binning had the opportunity to work for Apple Computer in a variety of Human Resources roles in Silicon Valley, St. Louis and Minneapolis.
He currently serves on the non-profit board of directors for Hammer Travel in Minneapolis.  Hammer serves individuals with developmental disabilities.
Mr. Binning holds a BA in Economics from the Wheaton College, Wheaton Ill.

Her ability to recruit key executives and to build whole teams has enabled her to build a unique model for companies that is flexible, fully scalable and provides a very compelling ROI.
She has been instrumental in developing recruitment strategies that produce obvious and rapid results making 21-Group a proven leader in high growth staffing solutions.
Prior to 21- Group, Elizabeth was employed by Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a recruiting professional to build new high tech start-up companies, both domestically and internationally.  
Elizabeth began her recruiting career at the largest global contract technical recruiting firm where she was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and consistently held the title as the number one recruiter.
